- problems to solve and who have much domain knowledge about the
- tasks to be accomplished. This knowledge a developer is likely to
- lack. For example, writing a diagnostic model for a doctor to use
- would be nearly impossible without constant contact with the
- medical experts -- who are also potential end users.
